Scuba Diving

The exotic blue sea and unique underwater sites make Paros an ideal location for scuba diving, with many PADI certified clubs and schools. The beaches of Alyki, Pounda, Santa Maria, and Golden Beach are ideal sites for diving and snorkeling. They all have well-organized dive centers offering practical and theoretical diving lessons for beginners, as well as high-quality equipment for rent for all divers.

Both novices and more advanced divers can admire the rich Mediterranean marine life, or visit unique sites, like reefs, underwater caves, and impressive wrecks of ships from several historical periods, as well as the wreck of a WWII fighter airplane.
