We hope that you and your loved ones are in good health and that you have not suffered the consequences of this unprecedented crisis that the whole planet is experiencing.

The new treaty created by the spread of COVID-19 requires additional precautionary health and safety measures. For us at Anixis Studios, protecting the health of our visitors, employees and associates, as well as the local community, is a top priority. That's why we work methodically, so that we can provide you with a safe environment for vacation and relaxation, as well as the maximum possible flexibility in planning your trip.

We are closely monitoring the developments and we respectfully follow the instructions of the World Health Organization and the Greek authorities.

At Anixis Studios we are systematically preparing for the moment when we will welcome you on your next trip to Paros, re-approaching our operations, so that we are able to welcome you safely. Following the latest government directives, our hotel will open this year on June 15, while our booking department is operational.

We are proud that in Anixis Studios we have included in our operation strict standards of cleanliness and hygiene. By closely following the guidelines of the World Health Organization and the Greek Government, we have taken additional precautionary measures to better shield the corona to provide a safe environment for visitors and individual protection of our team members.

In order to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, we have moved according to strict standards and certification of the practices we follow, but also the methodical training of our staff.



For the safety of all of us, we have adopted a very strict regime of cleanliness and thorough disinfection in all rooms, public areas and staff areas. Rooms remain vacant for a reasonable period of time before receiving the next guests. The washing and ironing services of linen and clothes are done by a certified company and our staff thoroughly checks each receipt taking all the necessary measures.



We limit congestion and congestion in the Reception and in all common areas with special markings.
Disinfectants are available in all public areas of the hotel and we encourage their regular use by staff and guests.

Also, individual fabric masks are available upon request, while guests and staff can be remotely thermometered in the Reception area with a thermometer of intact front measurement.

Visitors outside the hotel rental are only allowed upon contact and consultation with the Reception.



Taking into account the liquidity of the situations we are experiencing and understanding the difficulty of long-term planning, we have adapted our policy as well as the terms of the reservations, in order to offer the greatest possible flexibility.

Given the special circumstances, constantly monitoring the developments, we decided to offer a free cancellation right up to 7 days before your arrival, the possibility of reprogramming your trip, but also a voucher for 110% of your deposit, transfer your reservation for 2021.

Visitors who are not allowed to travel to our booked accommodation will be exempt from the penalty of cancellation or even change in the event of a direct booking with the accommodation.

Our prime thought is you to have the time and comfort to think and plan your trip as close as possible without stress and pressure.



• If a case of COVID-19 is diagnosed during my stay at the accommodation, what kind of help / support should I expect?
At Anixis Studios & apartments we believe that difficulties such as the one we are experiencing make safe hosting more necessary than ever. We have therefore made up a detailed action plan in the case of a report of a COVID-19 case in our accommodation.

All guests will be informed immediately and we will take immediate action to ensure that the incident is isolated and served by a specific staff member until she/he is transferred to the Paros Health Center where all the necessary will be carried on.

The reception is always at the disposal of our customers for any help or information.


• Where is the nearest medical center in case I need medical help?
Paros Health Center is located 10 km from Anixis Studios, in Parikia just 150 meters from the port. In case you do not feel well, please inform immediately the reception to help you.


• How are rooms cleaned?
The cleaning staff only has access to the rooms with all the necessary equipment and only after the visitors leave the room, so as to avoid contact as much as possible.

Cleaning is done carefully following all the protocols and is offered daily. For any clarification or change in the plan the customer wishes, the reception is at his disposal.
